UI Designer
Bangkok Bank
2022
Bangkok Bank is one of the a top financial institution in Thailand that serves everyday Thai.
For this project, our team took on the challenge of modernising their outdated user interface. We also brought in fresh features to elevate the mobile banking experience for customers from all walks of life.
In this project, I was responsible for translating UX wireframes into high-quality, production-ready UI designs for key product features.
I actively suggested workflow and tool improvements, working with the team to keep our design process smooth and up-to-date.
Good design doesn’t happen in isolation. Throughout the project, we worked closely with stakeholders, developers, and fellow designers to gather feedback, share ideas, and align on goals. This ongoing collaboration helped us stay flexible, solve problems early, and ensure that the final design met both user needs and business objectives. By keeping communication open and frequent, through bi-weekly Design Loop, everyone had a voice in the process — not just at the start, but all the way through.
We try to make product truly meets user needs, we regularly conducted usability tests and gathered feedback for high-value features. These insights helped us spot pain points early and make informed design decisions. This ongoing loop of testing and refining allowed us to steadily improve the user experience and build with confidence.
I participated in User Testing for many features, creating workable prototypes as well as suggesting improvement based on the feedback gathered.
To create an effective Design System, we conducted interviews with multiple domains the team. This helped us shape a Design System tailored to the team’s needs.
We conducted interviews with various domain members, including Developers, Product Owners, UX, UI, and Copywriters. These interviews revealed numerous challenges that the team encountered in their daily operations.
